HOW TO SAVE MONEY

I know that every person in this world loves money. But the problem is they do not know how to manage their money. If you didn't manage your money, at the end you money will manage you. So, you have to know how to manage your money.

Here, I have make a simple steps on how to save your money.

1. You have to know how much do you earn every month.

     By knowing this, you will know the limits of your spending

2. You have to subtract or minus all the debt that you own such as loan.

3. For example, monthly income 6000 - 2000(loan) = 4000.

4. You have to divide that spending by 2. 4000 / 2 = 2000

5. You have to save 2000 in your Bank and spend 2000 for your own.

6. And make sure you have to save 10% from every 2000 for  

a)  long term investment, 

b) short term investment

c) knowledge (buy books)

d) charity

e) entertainment (bowling)

By doing this, I am sure that you will fell happy and know how to manage your money  .
